A transport rescue company operating multiple sites across Oxfordshire approached Bongo IT to explore alternatives for replacing an aging server and outdated computers. By recommending a shift to a cloud-based infrastructure, Bongo IT not only improved operational efficiency but also saved the company approximately £20,000 in upfront costs. Since then, the partnership has grown to include infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, and proactive support—helping the business stay secure, connected, and compliant.

When a clinical services SME sought to improve its IT security posture while transitioning to a new IT partner, Bongo IT was recommended as a trusted provider. Operating in the counselling and training space with NHS-linked contracts, the client required enterprise-level security on a small business budget. Bongo IT delivered a cost-efficient, security-focused IT strategy, including network upgrades, Cyber Essentials compliance, and infrastructure improvements—all while maintaining close executive collaboration and fiscal responsibility.

In early 2020, Bongo IT was brought in by a rapidly growing, environmentally focused B Corp to evaluate and modernize its IT infrastructure. Starting with just 25 office-based users, the company had minimal remote capabilities and relied heavily on outdated, server-based systems. Bongo IT guided the company through a cloud-first transformation, enabling remote work just days before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Over the following years, Bongo IT remained a trusted partner through international expansion, a major merger, and the adoption of advanced cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.

The new Vintage & Classic Cars website has been completely redesigned to offer a smoother, more enjoyable experience for both visitors and the client. Replacing an outdated and basic site, the new platform allows the client to easily upload and manage listings — including adding new vehicles, organising them by category, and marking cars as sold with just a click. For users, browsing is now effortless, with improved search and filter options that make it simple to find cars by era, model, or year. The result is a modern, user-friendly website that showcases the collection beautifully while making updates quick and efficient for the team.
